Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@jossie.ai if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
• Upload, transmit, or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from third-party websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code into the Service.
• Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.

We may investigate and take appropriate action — including suspension or termination — for any violation of this section.

The Service incorporates large language models and other AI technologies. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before use.
• You must not use AI features to generate content that violates Section 3 (Acceptable Use).
• AI outputs do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• We may use aggregated, de-identified usage data to improve our AI models, subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Service may integrate with or provide links to third-party services (e.g., Google OAuth, Stripe, domain registrars). These integrations are provided for convenience and are governed by the respective third parties' terms and policies. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of third-party services.

Certain features of the Service are available on a paid subscription basis.

• Billing. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
• Refunds. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions. After 7 days, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOSSIE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JOSSIE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL JOSSIE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO JOSSIE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) USD 100.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jossie and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Service, (b) Your Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Either party may terminate the agreement formed by these Terms at any time. You may delete your account from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms or if we cease to offer the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, and 13) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable in your jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for breach of intellectual property or confidentiality obligations.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order forms or supplemental agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jossie regarding the Service.
• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign ours freely.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control.
